Setting the facts straight when it comes to teeth straightening

A whopping two million Australians put off going to the dentist or orthodontist in the past year because of the cost. For cost-conscious consumers, going down the do-it-yourself, at-home kits for teeth straightening may well appeal. But do consumers know the facts, know what to ask, and know what they are getting. We’re working with the leading, global orthodontic-prescribed clear aligner brand to create Be Clear on the Facts, a consumer education and awareness campaign – bringing together must-know information to inform, protect and empower.

Helping navigate Aged Care in Australia

We’re working with aged care providers to help consumers better understand the aged care services available to them, and how they can access care.

Emergency telemedicine as a solution for rural communities

On average, Australians living in rural and remote areas have shorter lives, higher levels of disease and injury, and poorer access to and use of health services, compared with people living in metropolitan areas. We’re working with Australia’s leading emergency telemedicine provider to help position build their company narrative, and draft their submission are supporting stakeholder engagement to the current Parliamentary Inquiry into Health outcomes and access to health and hospital services in rural, regional, and remote New South Wales.

Creating a reinvigorated commentary for industry

We partnered with a government affairs and media relations agency to develop and implement a reinvigorated commentary framework for a leading healthcare industry group. We helped to develop a ‘campaign-style approach to support advocacy initiatives within a complex pharmaceutical policy environment.

Clarity and alignment around company strategy

We helped a leading medical device company with strategic local communications to support independent listing on the NYSE. Working with global teams, we provided relevant and timely information about the business, for customers and employees, and supported a significant business transformation in the year following the spin-off.

We continue to work with them to support local external and internal communications strategies.

Decoding scientific research to attract investment

We helped a local Australian biotech position their research and future pipeline to attract local investment and funding. We created messaging and a communications approach to ensure a position of differentiation and tactics at key development milestones.

Making the invisible side of multiple sclerosis, visible

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a disease of the central nervous system, estimated to affect 2.3 million people worldwide. Locally, around 25,000 people live with the condition, and on average more than 10 Australians are diagnosed with MS every week. There is no cure for MS, but research continues to better understand and treat the disease. We helped with a leading global pharmaceutical company to communicate what no one else sees through content pieces for their Australian external communication channels.
